Official Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview
Just Big Dogs’ “Pet of the Month” is a monthly community engagement program that allows customers to submit photos of their pets for a chance to be featured and to receive a prize.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to customers of Just Big Dogs.
  • Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Pets submitted may be dogs, cats or other household pets.
  • Participants must own or have legal rights to the pet submitted.

3. Entry Requirements
To enter, participants must submit:

  • A photo of their own pet
  • Accurate contact information
  • Confirmation that they have the legal right to submit the photo

Only one entry per person per month is permitted.

4. Ownership & Rights to Submitted Content
By submitting a pet photo, participants confirm that:

  • The photo belongs to them or they have full rights to submit it
  • The photo does not infringe on the rights of any third party

Participants grant Just Big Dogs a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and share the submitted photo on:

  • The Just Big Dogs website
  • Email newsletters
  • Social media platforms
  • Promotional and marketing materials

5. Selection of Winner

  • One pet will be randomly selected each month
  • The winner will be chosen during the first seven (7) days of the following month
  • Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received

6. Prize

  • One (1) Amazon gift card valued at $150 USD
  • No cash alternative or substitution
  • Prize is non-transferable

7. Prize Delivery

  • The gift card will be delivered electronically via email
  • Delivery may take up to twenty (20) days after the winner is selected
  • Just Big Dogs is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact information

8. Notification
Winners will be notified by email. If a winner does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, Just Big Dogs reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

9. General Conditions
Just Big Dogs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time. Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
