Just Big Dogs provides Emotional Support Animal (ESA) evaluations through secure telehealth services, allowing you to connect with licensed mental health professionals without needing an in-person visit.

By using our platform, you consent to the use of telehealth to conduct your evaluation.

What This Means:

• You will complete an online mental health questionnaire
• A licensed provider will review your answers remotely
• Communication may occur through secure messaging, phone, email, or video (if needed)
• If additional information is needed to determine eligibility, your provider will reach out directly

Potential Risks and Limitations:

As with any digital communication, there may be interruptions or technical issues

Telehealth may not be a substitute for in-person diagnosis or ongoing therapy.

Benefits of Telehealth:

Private, convenient access to care from your home.

Faster turnaround — many clients receive their letters the same day if approved.

Your Rights:

You can ask questions about the process or withdraw consent at any time

You may request an alternate licensed provider if needed

If you do not consent to telehealth-based evaluation, you may not be able to proceed with the ESA letter process.
